Luis, did an amazing job sending me videos on request to help me complete an evaluation of the truck due to my location in Wisconsin and the truck being located in Texas. I was then able to test drive and purchase the truck when I was in town for work. The truck performed well/as advertised on my trip home to Wisconsin. Luis followed up with me during the trip home and after completing the drive. He went the extra mile to ensure the truck was ready for the long drive home without my request including replacing the serpentine belt, checking fluid levels and confirming there was a good spare tire, jack and wrench to change the tire if needed even though the truck had brand new rubber. Thanks Luis, I have 11 kids and will most likely be back to purchase another vehicle in the future! Dave
